Sadhana Property is an independent family-run estate agency, owned by Andrea Gasparro and Sophie Cook, who met at BLOK Clapton in 2019. They live in Clapton with their baby son Frank.

Andrea, the son of Italian immigrants, was born in Clapton, (Mothers Square Hospital) and grew up in Stoke Newington. He attended Our Lady’s and St Joseph primary school in Dalston, and then Cardinal Pole secondary school in Homerton and Victoria Park. After two years at college, he began his career as an estate agent at Castles Estate Agency in Clapton, followed by a stint at Next Move in Stoke Newington. He later moved on to property sourcing, which then incorporated the letting and managing of a large portfolio for clients which he has done successfully for many years. Since 2019 he has renovated several properties for landlords and offered them as serviced accommodation.

After giving up her career in retail management with All Saints in 2021, Sophie qualified as a yoga and Pilates instructor. Before becoming a mum, you would have found Sophie teaching at BLOK in Clapton and Shoreditch, as well as at Waking Dreams in London Fields, Pause in Leyton, and The Refinery in Well Street E9. Sophie’s role is a backseat admin one in the day to day running of Sadhana Property as baby Frank is her full-time role at present.
