We offer an honest, professional service, with a prompt response when dealing with any maintenance issues. This extends to post move in as we realise getting in, is just the start. We place just as much importance on our tenants once moved in, if not more.

 

We understand that once a tenant has moved in, it becomes their home. We hope no issues arise whilst in occupation in one of our properties, however, from time to time they may. Although we cannot guarantee that not happening, we can guarantee a swift response, and prompt action to make good/put right anything that does go wrong, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible for the duration of your tenancy. It is our aim and preference, for our tenants to remain with us as long as they wish to, thus, we try to make everything as accommodating as possible. 

 

We have access to a range of tradespeople to ensure that repairs and maintenance are carried out quickly and with expertise, and professional legal advisers who ensure that both landlords and tenants are protected by the tenancy agreement.
