How long and what steps are involved in selling my land/site? 

 

Week 1 

You instruct us to sell your land / site.

We will advertise your site and approach the target audience.

Week 2 - 3 

All parties appraise the site and carry out their due diligence.

 

All parties present any queries/request any information. We discusses with you a date you wish to receive closed bids by (assuming 2 weeks )

Week 4 - 5 

We receive all offers which will include proof of funding/any incentives or conditions. 

​

These will be presented and discussed with you. You notify us which proposal you wish to accept 

​

Week 6 

We create Heads of Terms and send to both you and the purchaser. 

​

Both legal representatives are furnished with Heads of Terms. We correspond with all parties, seeing the transaction through to completion.
